The Shelfire Booster is an elegant and transparent clean boosting pre-amp.  It fattens your tone and increases your volume, providing up to 20dB of boost!  At max setting, it provides a gritty boost with light breakup.  If you've never used a quality boost pedal, you don't know what you're missing.  This pedal is tone in a box, and you'll never want to go back to your unboosted clean tone again.  Even at low volume it thickens your clean tone, and when used with a gain channel it can push your amp into a roaring overdrive.
 
You don't have to be a sound engineer to get the best out of this pedal. There's just one knob making it super easy to dial in the level you want.  The Shellfire Booster also stacks well with fuzz pedals, distortions, overdrive, and everything in between.  It's hard to go back to an unboosted dirt box once you've heard the sonic explosion of the Shellfire Booster.
 
This boost is powerful! Always start at minimum boost (knob turned all the way down counter-clockwise) and work your way up to the desired volume.  
 
This pedal is true bypass and the analog circuit board is a high quality PCB. Some of best available electrical components were used to outfit the circuit. 
 
The enclosure is designed to represent aged historic documents and letters.  The artwork is the personal coat of arms and motto of Rear Admiral John A. Dahlgren (USN), inventor of the Dahlgren Gun which became the standard armament of all US Navy warships during the American Civil War (1861-1865). The Admiral also commanded the South Atlantic Blockading Squadron which was a vital part of the "anaconda plan" strategy to deprive the rebels of war materail and disrupt foreign trade. The motto "Quorum Pars Fui" roughly translates to "in which I played a part", in reference to his military service and significant contributions to naval ordinance development.
